1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the site's contact form:

• Contact details: first and last name, business email.
• Professional details (optional): company, number of employees.
• Message content: the information you choose to send us about the need or the process to be improved.
• Consents: acceptance of this notice and any subscription to the newsletter.

While browsing, the site uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation. We do not use profiling cookies.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to your requests and arranging an initial conversation. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Sending newsletters and updates, only if you have given your consent. Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time.
• Legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax obligations). Legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

4. How and where we process the data

The data submitted through the form is managed using the following tools, acting as data processors:

• Attio (Attio Ltd / Attio Inc.), CRM used to manage requests and business contacts.
• Aruba S.p.A., provider of hosting and the domain's email service.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of adequate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. Data retention

We retain the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting relationships, and in any case no longer than the periods required by legal obligations. Data processed on the basis of consent (newsletter) is retained until the consent is withdrawn.

6. Your rights

At any time you can exercise the rights provided for by arts. 15–22 of the GDPR:

• access to your data and rectification;
• erasure ("right to be forgotten") and restriction of processing;
• data portability;
• objection to processing and withdrawal of consent at any time;
• complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) (garanteprivacy.it).
